the story i find myself in

so day two in the books at the office, and all is well! it was a sad day, i had to take amanda to the airport today...but lets not talk about that.... in other news, in making my calls today for putting a band together for sunday, i called jon, who has played the past 2 times with me and he told me about a cd release party for robbie seay. i figured it'd be cool, so i headed on over. the place where the concert was at is amazing. check out 2115 Taft to find out more. the building is like and art center for ecclesia, a sweet church here in houston. the art center is a fair trade coffee shop, a book store (where i picked up the new donald miller book Through Painted Deserts : Light, God, and Beauty on the Open Road), an art gallery, a concert hall and a recording studio. this place is freaking sweet!! the cool thing is that jon knows robbie, so i got to meet him and we are planning on hanging out sometime soon. i am excited to make contacts with other worship leaders in town. ok, bed time - early mornings are now a part of my life!!
